Vacancy at Zebra for a Credit Controller

The successful candidate would ideally have Credit Control experience, be organised and have great attention to detail. They will need to be customer focused with the ability to prioritise their work load and meet set targets.

The candidate would need to:

· Ensure debts are collected in a timely fashion
· Contact debtors via several mediums, phone, email and letter to ensure the payment of due invoices
· Manage both pro-forma and account customers
· Resolve customer invoice queries alongside the Customer Service department as quickly and accurately as possible
· Maintain accurate and up to date records at all times in order to provide regular updates to managers
· Produce monthly statements
· Process invoices

We would expect the candidate to have experience in Microsoft office along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to be proactive and to work both independently and as part of a team would also be advantageous.

35 hours/week Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
